Privacy
What is stored
Your username, your email address, the display name and the text you choose to write about yourself, your uploads with their previews, their download counts, and the dates things were created or changed. Reports you send are stored with your username so moderators can ask you about them.
What your email is for
Resetting your password and, if needed, a message from a moderator about your uploads. It is never shown on the site, never shared and never used for newsletters.
Logs and abuse protection
The server keeps request logs with addresses for a limited time, for security. Failed logins, sign-ups and reports are counted per connection for a short while to slow down abuse. There is no analytics, no advertising and no cookie beyond the ones that keep you logged in and protect forms.
What is public
Your username, display name, text about yourself and everything you publish are public by design, also through the API that the Atlas plugin and other tools read.
Leaving
From Account settings you can change your details, disable your account (hidden at once, deleted after 30 days unless you come back) or delete it immediately with everything you uploaded. Copies other people already downloaded stay with them.
Contact
Questions about your data go to Blind Producers through the contact page or on Discord.
